ºAn interesting talk ·
Hi! I hope you’re fine! I didn’t write last Wednesday because I was absent, so the teacher told me to write a post about Halloween next time like everybody did. But today I’m going to write about a talk that we had las Friday with people from fourth year.
They came to our classroom to talk to us about a trip that they made recently to the North of our country (Argentina); they visited Salta, Jujuy and Tucumán.
The told us that they visited a school from there and that the people there were very shy, so unfortunatly the couldn’t talk to them too much. They told us that they travelled most of the time walking or in bus, so they walked a lot too!. They bought a lot of souvenirs, and they said things were very cheap, specially for tourists.
The said that they liked the trip very much and that some of them, at the begining, didn’t know if they wanted to go or not, but finally, they went and they came back very happy about it. So, they recomended us to go to this trip when we are in fourth year.
I hope you like this post, because I liked the talk very much!
That’s all…
Bye…
º·Learning about trips!
Hi! Well, as I told you before, today I’m going to tell you what we really did last Friday!
The Bilingual class started. The teacher told us that some people from fourth year and our accounts teacher were coming to listen what we had to say about our trips.
It was very funny, we had to repeat more or less the same thing, four or five times, because people came in groups of three and there were many groups waiting to listen to us.
I talked about a necklace that I bought in Cordoba four years ago, and what I did in that trip.
We spent a good time and it was a good way to practise speaking, because they were people we didn’t know, so we didn’t have so much confidence with them.
That’s it, we spent all class speaking with these people and laughing.
See you next time…
bye!
Trips..
Well, in this post I’ll talk about what we are going do on Friday!
Our teacher (Cecilia) told us to bring some photographs, and souvenirs about different trips we have made. Then, we’re going to talk about our trips and the places we have visited.
That’s all, probably next Wednesday I’ll tell you what we learnt about this activity!!
bye … º
What I really did …
Hi! Today I’m going to tell you what I really did on Spring day.
At 1 pm I went to Devoto square. There were my friends from school. I spent the day there, walking through the square with them and talking about different things.
It was a beautiful spring day!
At 6 pm more or less, I came back to my house with one friend of mine, Agustina… we call her “gugi”
And that’s what we did!
Next day we had to come to school again, because the srping day was on Thursday so on Frinday we had classes as a nomal week.
Maybe this post isn’t as interesting as the others, It’s just that I’m not inspired today, sorry xD
see you next Wednesday! **

Hey!
First of all I’ll tell you that I’m very happy today because tomorrow is Spring day!!
Yeah, Spring day! So we won’t have classes!
I don’t know exactly what we’re going to do but I think that we’ll go to the Devoto square, have a picnic and then something else.
Apart from Spring day tomorrow is the student’s day and the healthcare day! Here, in Argentina, it’s a great day and everyone is expecting it because everybody is happy and students go out together!
Beside all this, on Friday, I’m going to celebrate Spring day in the school with my bilingual class! First we’re going to bring food to eat and play some games in the classroom, then we’ll go downstairs and listen to a band that some mates formed for this special day!
So that’s it!
I hope you like it !!
Now the movie .. ·
Today, I’ll talk about the movie “Montecristo”, which we saw last Friday.
It’s about one friend that betrays the other. So, the one that is betrayed wants to revenge. The first half of the movie is about how Edmond Dantes (the betrayed guy) spends 10 years more or less in prison accused of a crime that he didn’t commit. And the other half shows you how Edmond takes revenge of his friend and other people who helped him to send Edmond to prison.
The main themes of the film are: Revenge and love - Edmond’s friend envies him, and wants to be with his girlfriend. When Edmond is sent to prison Fernand marries Edmond’s girlfriend.
Well, that’s all, I don’t want to tell you anything else about the movie so you can watch it
…
bye! -*
Montecristo …
Wait! I’m not talking about the TV program! I’m talking about the movie!
Last class we saw the film “The Count of Montecristo”. But I won’t talk about the movie, that would be next class. Today I’ll talk about Alexandre Dumas, the writer…
Alexandre Dumas (July 24, 1802 - December 5, 1870) was a French writer, best known for his numerous historical novels of high adventure which have made him one of the most widely read French authors in the world.
His grandfather was a French nobleman, who had settled in Santo Domingo (now part of Haiti); his paternal grandmother was an Afro-Caribbean, who had been a black slave in the French colony (now part of Haiti). Duma’s father was a general in Napoleon’s army, but he died when Alexandre was 3 years old. Dumas worked as a notary’s clerk and went in 1823 to Paris to find work. There he secured a position with the Duc d’Orleans (later King Louise Philippe).
Many of his novels, including The Count of Monte Cristo and the D’Artagnan Romances, were serialized, and he also wrote plays, magazine articles, and was a prolific correspondent.
Well, that’s it, hope you leave comments!
About last class*
Last time, I wrote about what we we were going to do on Friday. Now I’ll tell you what we finally did.
We listened to the song “Imagine” like I said we were going to do in the other post, we read its lyrics and we realised that it had a lot of predictions. So we identified some.
According to that, the main activities of the topic were about making predictions and taking resolutions.
We talked about what we thought the song means. I said that, in my opinion that was a great song, because it had the idea of a united world, without wars, without greed or hunger, just a world living in peace… I thought that all those ideas were good but it was a little impossible to make them real…
If you want you can leave me a comment telling me what you think about all this
Well, that’s it till next Wednesday!

*. About next class .. ·
Hey!
Well, this time I’ll write about what are we going to do next class… some kind of introduction…
On Friday we’re going to continue reading our Culture book, and the next topic is called “Tomorrow”. It’s based on John Lennon’s song “Imagine”. This topic makes you think about this wonderful song, what’s the main idea of it and what’s your opinion about it…
I like this song very much, specially because of its lyrics and what they mean! Please let me know your opinion about it!
Here I leave you the lyrics.
IMAGINE
Imagine there’s no heaven
It’s easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today…
Imagine there’s no countries
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace…
You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope some day you’ll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possesions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world…
You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope some day you’ll join us
And the world will live as one.
John Lennon
See you…

*·· …Back from Winter Holidays… ··*
Hi! Well, I’m back from my winter holidays as the title says.
These holidays have been a little weird, beacuse I had fun and I enjoyed them but at the same time I was sad because my mother’s husband had a car accident the first week :S.
Fortunately, yesterday he was operated on and now he’s stable!
However I went to the cinema with my friends and stuff like that.
I don’t have too much to say today, so I’ll leave and I’ll write again next Wednesday
Hope you leave some comments telling me about your winter holidays
See you…
